TERMS OF SALE

Please read these Terms Of Sale carefully before purchasing a ticket for any concert/event promoted by Savage Events Pty Ltd ("Savage Events"). By purchasing a ticket to a concert/event promoted by Savage Events (“Savage”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SALE OF TICKETS ONLY THROUGH AUTHORISED AGENTS

Tickets to Savage Events must only be sold through our authorised ticketing agencies ("Savage Events Ticketing Agent"). When purchasing a ticket from a Savage Events Ticketing Agent you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale and any additional terms and conditions of sale imposed by the Savage Events Ticketing Agent.

The promotion, advertising, offering, or selling of tickets to a Savage Event by anyone other than a Savage Events Agent, by any forum or outlet (including but not limited to online and offline classified services) whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without Savage Events prior written consent.

Savage Events has the right to immediately cancel, without notice or compensation to the ticket holder, any tickets being promoted, advertised, offered or sold in breach of this condition.

SALE OF TICKETS ONLY AT RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE

Selling any ticket to a Savage Event for an amount greater than Savage Events advertised retail price is strictly prohibited without Savage Events prior written permission.

Savage Events has the right to immediately cancel, without notice or compensation to the ticketholder, any tickets sold in breach of this condition.

Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Savage Events, be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. In addition to any other legal rights and remedies that Savage Events has in this regard, Savage Events has the right to immediately cancel, without notice or compensation to the ticketholder, any tickets sold or used in breach of this condition.

THE EVENT

Savage Events has the right to include additional specific conditions in relation to a particular Savage Event. Such additional conditions will be made available either on Savage Events website and/or on the Savage Events Ticketing Agent's website, or on the ticket, in relation to the particular Savage Event and will be deemed to be incorporated into these Terms of Sale immediately once such additional term is published.

Savage Events has the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute support artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity without notice to the ticketholder.

Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted to a Savage Event. The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any Savage Event and if you are photographed, filmed or taped whilst attending a Savage Event you consent to Savage Events or third parties appointed by Savage Events photographing, filming or taping you. Third parties appointed by Savage Events can broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you without compensation. Savage Events, the third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to you in any way for its use.

Savage Events is not liable to you for any claims, damages, compensation, losses or expenses as a result of a Savage Event performance being cancelled, postponed or changed.

To the extent permitted by the law, you release Savage Events (including its directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) from any liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury you may suffer in relation to your attendance at a Savage Event, howsoever caused, including due to any negligence or other act or omission of Savage Events.

You agree to compensate Savage Events for any damage, loss, liability or injury Savage Events may suffer as a result of your wilful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at a Savage Event.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO A SAVAGE EVENT

Savage Events rights to refuse Entry to a Savage event include but are not limited to:

(a) if the ticketholder's ticket has been cancelled or is not valid (including but not limited to tickets that have been cancelled because they were sold by an unauthorised seller or at an inflated price in breach of these Terms); or

(b) if the ticketholder's ticket is defaced or damaged.


Savage Events may impose specific additional conditions in relation to the entry to a particular Savage Event.

Ticketholders are reminded that in addition to Savage Events rights to refuse entry to a Savage Event, the venues hosting such Savage Event may impose additional restrictions.

CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED SAVAGE EVENTS

If the Savage Event is rescheduled for any reason whatsoever, the ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event. The ticketholder is entitled to a full refund if the ticketholder cannot attend the rescheduled event PROVIDED THAT the ticketholder applies for the refund on or before the date that is 14 days before the rescheduled event. In the event that the postponement falls within 14 days of the rescheduled event Savage Events will adhere by the AEIA Code of Practice for Event Ticketing in Australia.

If the Savage Event is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the ticketholder will be entitled to a full refund.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENT TICKETS

No refunds or exchanges on any ticket will be given except as set out in the AEIA Code of Practice for Event Ticketing in Australia. If a refund is made, the Savage Events Ticketing Agent may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any service or like fee it has charged.

Savage Events Ticketing Agents may charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.

Savage Events will not issue replacement tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets).

VARIATION TO TERMS OF SALE

Savage Events may vary these Terms Of Sale at any time. Any variations become effective immediately once the variation is published.
